Blessing of the Bikes 2011

It started out cold and rainy but its was a great turn out for the bike blessing this year.  Uncle John, Aunt Kay and Uncle Jim and Aunt Rene didn't make it over because the rain hit them before it got to Lima.  It sprinkled off and on all morning but we hung in there.  By the time we were blessed we gave up on the ride and went to lunch.

This bike was awesome, loved the paint job.

We haven't had alot of days without rain this month but when we do Kam wants to be outside playing.

Visit with Great Gma Julie

I took Kam over to visit Tiggee since he hasn't been himself since Larry passed away, Mom says he won't go near Larry's chair and has been a little down in the dumps.  Kamdyn played with him and he had Kam laughing so hard that I thought Mom was going to cry.  Tig may look mean but he is so gentle with Kam and loves to have him visit, Mom says he sits by the door and waits when she tells him we're coming over to visit.

Great Aunt Gina and Uncle Andy came in for the memorial service and Kam got to play with his crazy great aunt.  Kam has also started saying Jaden, he goes over to the boys picture and we go over who they are and Jaden is the one he can say.  Jaden of course, thinks this is pretty cool.

More pics of Kam and this little guy loves to smile and is always happy.  Has been doing a great job even since Mommy took his bottle away and he has to go to bed without one.

First day of Spring

Since it warmed up the first day of Spring, I pulled all of Kamdyn's toys out, cleaned them up and put together his new ones.  He loved it and had to try all his toys out including his four wheeler.

Erika had him to the Dr. for his year check up and all is well.  He weighs 25 lbs and is 32.25 inches tall, the little guy is growing like a weed.  Finally walking and Erika said as soon as he walks she was going to start potty training him and she has.  He has been doing great with it and does go every time she sits him on it.  I'm still amazed he's doing it.
